The 50th annual Northwest Foodservice Show just wrapped up, proving another successful year as the region's largest and best known hospitality industry event in the Pacific Northwest. Produced by both the Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association and the Washington Restaurant Association, this year's show had close to 400 vendor booths and over 5,000 foodservice professionals from every segment of the industry participated. Vendors had the opportunity to meet new business prospects, showcase the latest new products and services, and to get information and advice out to the industry. Tasting pavilions showcased beer, wine and spirits; while some of the most dynamic and exciting Northwest Chefs demonstrated their skills and offer culinary tips from our Chef Demonstration Stage.
