6:45-10:00 a.m. Breakfast (Ticketed participants only)
7:00 a.m.  Team/Student check-in begins (registration area)
8:30 a.m. Event open to the public
8:30-2:45 p.m. Culinary Competition
10:50-5:00 p.m. Meals on Display
11:30-2:30 p.m.  
Lunch (Ticketed participants only)
12:00-4:00 p.m.
Mock Interviews (ProStart students only)
12:00-4:00 p.m.
Photo Booth (All are welcome!)
2:00-4:30 p.m.
3:00-4:40 p.m.
Judge's Feedback (Teams, teachers, and mentors only)
4:45-6:00 p.m.
Dinner (Ticketed participants only)
5:00 p.m.
Awards Ceremony (Open to everyone)

Competition Format: Five heats with progressive start times.

Please note, there is no speaking to the teams allowed while they are competing as they may lose points!
