Event Schedule (subject to change)

6:30-10:00 a.m. Breakfast (ProStart participants with tickets)
7:00 a.m.  Team/Student check-in begins (registration area)
9:00 a.m. Event open to the public
8:30-2:50 p.m. Culinary Competition
10:50-5:00 p.m. Meals on Display
11:30-2:00 p.m.  
Lunch (ProStart participants with tickets only)
1:20-3:40 p.m.
Mock Interviews (ProStart students only)
1:30-4:30 p.m.
3:00-4:40 p.m.
Judge's Feedback (ProStart teams only)
4:15-6:00 p.m.
Dinner (ProStart participants with tickets only)
5:00-6:00 p.m.
Awards Ceremony

Competition Format: Five heats with progressive start times.

Please note, there is no speaking to the teams allowed while they are competing as they may lose points!
