Culinary Championship: Event Schedule

The general public is welcome to attend this event starting at 8:30 a.m. The 2015 schedule below is subject to change.
||Breakfast (ProStart participants with tickets)
||Team/Student check-in begins (registration area)
||Event open to the public
||Meals on Display
|Lunch (ProStart participants with tickets only)
|Mock Interviews (ProStart students only)
|Judge's Feedback (ProStart teams only)
|Dinner (ProStart participants with tickets only)
There will be 5 heats with progressive start times. Stations include:
- Menu & Costing
- Product Check-in / Safety & Sanitation
- Station Pre-Set
- Knife Skills (displaying 12 cuts) & Poultry Fabrication
- Production Pre-Set
- Production of a 3-course gourmet meal
