7:00-9:30 a.m. Buffet Breakfast (ticketed participants only)
8:00 a.m.  Team/Student Check-In Begins (registration area)
8:30 a.m. Event Open to the Public
8:30-1:20 p.m. Culinary Competition
11:25-6:00 p.m. Meals on Display
12:00-2:00 p.m.  
Lunch (ticketed participants only)
1:00-3:30 p.m.
Mock Interviews (ProStart students only)
1:00-4:00 p.m.
Exhibits 
3:00-4:10 p.m.
Judges' Feedback (teams, teachers, and mentors only)
4:30-6:30 p.m.
Dinner (ticketed participants only)
5:15 p.m.
Awards Ceremony (open to everyone)

Competition Format: Five heats with progressive start times.

Please note, there is no speaking to the teams allowed while they are competing as they may lose points!
