Heat schedule: 9:00-2:30 p.m.
2013 Championships - Program
There will be 5 heats with progressive start times. Stations include:
- Menu & Costing
- Product Check-in / Safety & Sanitation
- Station Pre-Set
- Knife Skills (displaying 12 cuts) & Poultry Fabrication
- Production Pre-Set
- Production of a 3-course gourmet meal
The general public is welcome to watch the competition (no charge) starting at 9:00 a.m.
