MINIMUM ESSENTIAL COVERAGE (MEC)
Add Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) to ORLA’s Limited Benefit Health & Wellness Insurance Policy and additional Wellness Program Services. These MECs are add-ons and only available in addition to the Limited Benefit Health & Wellness Insurance Policy and Wellness Program Services.
ORLA’s essential plans are very inexpensive, and in some cases result in a savings, not a cost. When bundled with ORLA’s new Limited Health & Wellness plan, you could ultimately offer a MEC plan for $0 cost to you and your employees. While the plans don’t pay for all the expenses standard plans do, they cover some of the most desired benefits without large deductibles. ORLA members can get healthcare coverage that meets ACA preventive care requirements; all options are self-insured plans that carry low liabilities.
