Bronze Award Given to Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association, Ricochet Partners, for Alcohol Server Course
[Sept. 30, 2016 - Wilsonville, OR] – Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association’s Alcohol Server Training course won a bronze award for Best Advance in Custom Content in the 2016 Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards. This online training, developed in conjunction with Ricochet Partners, provides interactive, industry-focused training for Oregon’s hospitality employees.
“To have our Alcohol Server Training course receive this award is an incredible honor and a reflection of the quality industry training ORLA and Ricochet Partners is known for,” says John Hamilton, chief operating officer for Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association.
ORLA worked with Ricochet Partners to develop a new and improved alcohol server online course for server’s needing to fulfill their server permit requirements. The new course, launched in 2015 includes an innovative and modern course structure with video and interactive activities to engage the learner in multiple sensory functions.
For the past 22 years, the Brandon Hall Group has recognized excellence in learning with these prestigious awards. Often called the “Academy Awards” by Learning, Talent and Business Executives, the award program was one of the first of its kind in the learning industry, which was pioneered in 1994.
