ORLA offers industry-specific online training for food handler, alcohol server and ServSafe certifications. In addition, ORLA's Education Foundation is providing Oregonians with the resources, skills, and means to pursue meaningful careers in the hospitality industry with our career technical education program, ProStart. ORLAEF also promotes workforce development by offering internationally-accredited Guest Service Gold training and certification as well as stackable certifications in hospitality management.
