
The National Restaurant Association has launched a dedicated webpage to help operators and employees understand and benefit from the pro-restaurant provisions of One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB). The site offers a one-stop resource hub, including a state-by-state breakdown of NTOT’s economic impact.

As a reminder, all lodging properties are encouraged to update and/or verify their listing information by November 21, 2025 to be included in Travel Oregon’s statewide print guide. Through an ORLA–Travel Oregon partnership, every property receives a free basic listing maintained by ORLA.

The Oregon Health Authority is reviewing updates to state food safety regulations, including adopting parts of the 2022 FDA Food Code to replace the 2009 version. ORLA is actively involved in the process and will keep members informed on changes around allergens, food manager certification, and bare-hand contact rules.
