Workforce Development & Partnerships
OHF collaborates with workforce boards and industry partnerships to unite employers, educators, and community leaders in building a skilled hospitality workforce. These alliances unlock targeted training, resources, and funding to keep Oregon’s hotels and restaurants competitive and future-ready.
Hospitality Career Pathways
Through programs like ProStart® and Hospitality & Tourism Management (HTMP), the Oregon Hospitality Foundation gives students hands-on training, industry skills, and nationally recognized certifications to prepare them for careers in hospitality.
Professional Development
ORLA provides trusted, high-quality training, including food handler, alcohol server, and ServSafe courses. In partnership with OHF, AHLEI, and the National Restaurant Association, we offer internationally recognized certifications for every stage of a hospitality career.
