Regional Teams
Local Advocacy & Leadership Teams
Help shape the future of hospitality in your region. ORLA works year-round to protect and promote Oregon’s restaurant and lodging industry—but lasting impact starts with strong local leadership. That’s where you come in.
Join a Regional Leadership Team of hospitality professionals tackling the issues that matter most in your community. From engaging with local chambers to addressing area-specific challenges, these teams connect you with peers, amplify your voice, and leverage ORLA’s advocacy expertise.
In addition to the Portland leadership teams, ORLA also coordinates a North Coast Leadership Team, Central Coast Leadership Team, and a Central Oregon Leadership Team.
For more information on Regional Leadership Teams, contact Makenzie Marineau, Government Affairs and Regional Leadership Teams Coordinator, at 541.404.0033.

Portland Area Leadership Teams
ORLA’s Portland Leadership Teams bring together hospitality professionals to serve as industry ambassadors—collaborating with policymakers, community leaders, and partner organizations on key regional issues. Their focus is to build lasting relationships with local officials and foster stronger community ties across the Portland Metro area.
Portland Lodging Alliance (PLA)
PLA is a volunteer-led group of local lodging professionals working to address key issues and advance initiatives that support Portland’s hospitality sector. The alliance meets regularly to collaborate with policymakers, community leaders, and partner organizations on city-wide efforts impacting our industry.
Portland Kitchen Cabinet (PKC)
PKC is a civic engagement group focused on expanding opportunity in the restaurant industry and supporting the communities we serve. We collaborate with nonprofits and government leaders to keep restaurants strong, resilient, and central to Oregon’s economy. PKC is a partner of the National Restaurant Association.
