ORLA is committed to bringing more rural perspectives to our events across the state and in D.C. Members can apply for grants to help cover travel and lodging costs for advocacy events. See details below.
NOTE: Thanks to strong engagement from ORLA members in advocacy efforts, our grant funding for this fiscal year has been fully expended. We anticipate replenishing funds in the 2026–2027 budget (beginning Oct. 1).

AHLA Hotels on the Hill
May 12-13, 2026 | Washington, D.C.
Join hoteliers nationwide in D.C. to meet with Congress, connect with industry leaders, and get updates on key hotel issues. ORLA members will attend with the Government Affairs team. Grants help cover travel, lodging, and registration.

Join us in Bend for ORLA’s annual multi-day conference featuring networking, vendor connections, keynotes, and breakout sessions. Grants are available to help with lodging, mileage, and registration for members interested in attending.

February, 2027 | Salem
Join us during the legislative session for a hosted reception with lawmakers, state leaders, and association members. The event fosters connections and conversations around key issues impacting hospitality. Travel grants are available for members living 100+ miles from Salem.
NRA Public Affairs Conference
June 21-23, 2027 | Washington, D.C.
ORLA members can engage with federal lawmakers at the annual National Restaurant Association advocacy conference, alongside ORLA’s Government Affairs team. Grants help cover airfare, lodging, and registration.
