Free Restaurant Guidance: ORLA and Oregon’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network launched a new, no-cost, one on one confidential advisor network. The Oregon Restaurant Covid Assistance Program includes a network of seven professional restaurant consultants ready to assist industry operators with ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic.
Wage Study: Restaurants across the state to provide wage and benefits information to an outside research firm who aggregated the dataset and guided analysis. The Oregon Restaurant Wage Study provides a snapshot of key elements of employee compensation (pre-Covid). ORLA members who participated in the study have access to the Executive Summary at no cost ($500 value). If you would like to purchase the full report to take a deeper dive into specific areas, survey participants can purchase for $2,000 (non-participants $2,500). The reports are only available to members.
