Member Benefit: Restaurant industry members across the state came together in the fall of 2019 to provide wage and benefits information to an outside research firm who aggregated the dataset and guided analysis. Since it has been 10 years since wage and benefit data has been collected, the Oregon Restaurant Wage Study is a much-needed update to a picture of today’s key elements of employee compensation. ORLA members who participated in the study have access to the Executive Summary at no cost; members who did not participate can purchase the Executive Summary for $500. If you would like to purchase the full report to take a deeper dive into specific areas, survey participants can purchase for $2,000 (non-participants $2,500). The reports are only available to members.
