ORLA MEMBERSHIP & DATABASE ACCESS
Allied members at the Enthusiast level receive access to ORLA’s membership database of 2,500+ foodservice and lodging establishments for your marketing use. Champion level or above have access to a comprehensive database of more than 11,000 foodservice and lodging establishments in Oregon for your use in the direct marketing of your products and services ($2,000 value). Data is provided in an Excel spreadsheet format and includes: Business Name, Main Contact, Mailing Address, County, Phone Number, Profile Type, Restaurant Segment (Fine Dining, Bar & Tavern, Catering, Quick service, Casual / Family Dining), Lodging Type (Hotel/Motel, Vacation Rental, B&B, RV Park), and Number of Guest Rooms.​

All Allied members received a detailed listing, link to website, and the ability to publish a coupon. To edit your profile through the Member Portal:
1. Log in to the Member Portal
2. Click “Edit My Profile” found under the blue box just below your company name to review/update information.
3. Please review/update all of the tabs: General Information, Additional Addresses, Additional Phones, Additional Email Addresses, Directory Listing and Social Media
4. Click “Save and Submit”
5. Under the “Edit My Profile” link you will find a list of all individuals associated with your company; to make changes to these individuals click “Edit Profile,” and when finished click “Save and Submit." The changes will be reviewed and approved by our database team and may take up to a week to complete.
6. For Icon members, please submit your videos to Marla McColly, MMcColly@OregonRLA.org. ORLA will upload the embedded YouTube video for you.
SUPPORTER LEVEL:
  • Basic directory listing includes business name, business mailing address, main contact name, social media and website links
  • Listing includes a message form and listing in up to three directory categories

ENTHUSIAST LEVEL:
  • All above the above, plus an expanded visual listing on the directory and additional social media icons displayed

CHAMPION LEVEL:
  • All above the above, plus the ability to include a logo and short description on directory (up to 250 characters)
  • Long description on listing (up to 1,500 characters)

LEADER LEVEL:
  • All above the above, plus the ability to upload up to 10 photos (jpg/gif 245x160px)

ICON LEVEL:
  • All above the above, plus the ability to add an embedded YouTube video

SOCIAL MEDIA TAKEOVER
Provide messaging for ORLA to post on their social media channels. Short posts tend to perform better. Try to keep posts as short and concise as possible.

     • Up to 6 Tweets (in order as to be posted)
         - Tweet max length: 280 characters (this includes spaces and carriage returns, URLs, Hashtags, and each emoji counts as 2 characters on Twitter)
         - Images or video can also be included (videos should be no longer than 2 minutes, and 512 MB)

     • Up to 4 Facebook Post (in order as to be posted)
         - Posts should include a headline (5 words), main text (14 – 300 words)
         - Images or video can also be included (videos should be no longer than 2 minutes, and 512 MB)

     • Up to 2 LinkedIn Posts (in order as to be posted)
         - Post should be 25 – 300 words (25 words or less tend to perform better)
         -  Videos should be no longer than 2 minutes (under 30 seconds tend to perform best)
